Start with the Race Week Feast, a luxurious take on the restaurant’s signature Butcher’s Feast featuring select cuts like the rare Hanwoo beef alongside Korean accompaniments such as King Crab Japchae. Complete the experience with Pit Stop and Pour, offering unlimited pours by the hour with a choice of Champagne, wine, or rosé alongside a curated selection of beers, cocktails, and more.

New for the race season is the limited-edition 24 Karat Golden Nugget from COTE’s New York sister restaurant, Coqodaq. Think indulgent, crispy chicken nuggets crowned with Petrossian Golden Daurenki caviar.

Also look forward to a special edition of Millim After Dark on Thursday to Saturday from 9pm. The star line-up includes British DJ Jeremy Healy bringing his dance-driven set to the deck on 8 October, followed by Singaporean DJ Val on 9 October showcasing her open-format mix spanning hip-hop, house and more. Rounding off the celebrations on 10 October is DJ Brizzy and DJ Isaac with their high-energy tunes.
